The project consisted of a 4,440 SF tenant build out in an office space. The work included the demolition of existing demised partition walls, as well as doors, frames and hardware as required. New demised walls and partitions were constructed as well as an acoustical ceiling, and glass & framing. Millwork, wall coverings, painting, flooring, operable partitions, and appliances were also completed.
