Constructed a new building with a traditional look to blend into this planned community. Two upper floors built out for corporate law offices with extensive millwork, detailing and finishes. First floor was prepared for restaurant tenants. Brick exterior, steel frame,
operable wood windows, roof cornice and metal feature over high ceiling corner conference offices were also constructed.
