Interior office build out on four floors in an existing high rise office building on the edge of Arlington, VA. One floor has been entirely dedicated to a full size court room with custom sound proof wood wall panels and coffered ceilings, featuring special acoustical and lighting treatments for the raised bench and attorney areas. Adjacent judge’s chambers and meeting rooms were also constructed. Project required an accelerated 90 day completion schedule to meet GSA and DOD requirements.
